The Strength and Conditioning Program is a 12 month commitment. The amount of strength and speed gained is directly proportional to the commitment and intensity of the players and coaches.
  • The program will be designed to develop athletic skills and to prevent injury.
  • To become a successful college football player a consistent effort must be given in the weight room.
  • The winter conditioning program will have two objectives:
    1. to improve the physical condition of the athlete and
    2. to provide the athlete an opportunity to invest in the program.
  • The summer conditioning program will determine the success of the football team.
  • The in-season strength and conditioning program will not be neglected.

In Season Schedule:
Travel Squad lifts THREE times a week.
Others lift THREE times a week.

Off Season Schedule:
All athletes lift THREE times a week.
