The Strength and Conditioning Program is a 12 month commitment. The amount of strength and speed gained is directly proportional to the commitment and intensity of the players and coaches.
The program will be designed to develop athletic skills and to prevent injury.
To become a successful college football player a consistent effort must be given in the weight room.
The winter conditioning program will have two objectives:
to improve the physical condition of the athlete and
to provide the athlete an opportunity to invest in the program.
The summer conditioning program will determine the success of the football team.
The in-season strength and conditioning program will not be neglected.
In Season Schedule:
Travel Squad lifts THREE times a week.
Others lift THREE times a week.
